Our business in Asia

Established in Italy in 1831, Generali is one of the largest insurance companies in the world. We first gained our foothold in Europe then followed with South America and Asia and have since been providing insurance services to corporates and individuals for 188 years.

With a solid European foundation, Generali first arrived in Asia in 1975. Today, you will find our offices in eight markets throughout the region that include: China, Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. Hong Kong SAR is also the home of our regional headquarters.
