Asian Markets Launch the Second Phase of Generali’s Global Advertising Campaign

The second phase of Generali’s Global Advertising Campaign celebrates our brand. It is about our attitude and the spirit that defines how we do things: it is about having heart, being passionate and human. It is about going further, being dynamic and empathic, taking the time to know our customers, to offer valuable advice, with a long-term perspective and multi-stakeholder approach, instead of focusing on selling policies.

The brand campaign was launched on 18 and 27 of November by Generali Vietnam and Generali Indonesia, respectively. It follows the first phase of the Global Advertising Campaign which focused on celebrating and empowering our agents.

Both Generali Indonesia and Generali Vietnam were able to adapt the global campaign to appeal to their local markets. The markets adjusted the script to their local language and adapted the meaning to ensure the right culture fit while maintaining the global concept, intent, and tone. They were also able to select the short scenes from Generali’s global library that was created to reflect the diversity of the company’s employees, agents, and customers from around the world.

The campaigns will build on the brand that Generali has already established in the Indonesia and Vietnam Life Insurance markets, through previous advertising campaigns, and will raise further awareness and generate leads. The next phase of the Global Campaign will launch in 2021 and promote the company’s key products.
