All CVs submitted are carefully examined even if there are no vacancies. The candidate may then be contacted by Human Resources for a preliminary interview.
In case there is a specific selection underway and a degree of correspondence between the candidate’s characteristics and the profile that the Company requires, the candidate may be called to sustain further specialised interviews until the final choice is made. Candidates that were not suitable for a specific position may be taken into consideration once again should other requirements arise.

It is the Company’s policy to retain the personal data of candidates for future recruitment purposes for a period of two years.
