Law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Hong Kong SAR. Generali Asia nonetheless reserves the right to take legal proceedings in any jurisdiction other than Hong Kong SAR, to protect its interests or to enforce its rights whenever it deems it appropriate to do so.
